I worked with Wenwen on a lot of shoots in the late '90s. For two or three years he was my makeup artist of choice for fashion spreads and other shoots. Very fun to work with, everyone loved having him around. And easy to work with too because he understands his craft, he understands palette, and he is not afraid to share his ideas. I learned a lot from him. I look forward to the day when I will get the chance to work with him again.

amazing... truly an artist.. one of a kind i would say.. been searching for good make up artists.. definitely your work is in my shortlist. i am amazed teh emotions poured into teh make up.. not afraid to mix match make up with other materials just like every artist... u have turned every face into a beautiful canvass.

Wenwen is a joy to work with, a fact that has not changed since my first ever photo shoot with him some 11 years ago. Always on time, always prepared, always with a smile. He is not afraid to share his ideas, and he always asks for feedback. Everywhere I go people always ask me, "Do you know Wenwen Zaspa?" It's, like, he has become a household name. I'm not surprised. Wenwen Zaspa is a GENIUS. His work is breathtaking and one that people can appreciate for years to come. I was a Wenwen Zaspa bride myself and if there's anything that people comment on when I show them pictures, it's always on my make-up and how GOOD I look. I always have to tell them it's the magic of Wenwen Zaspa. He brought out the best of my features without going overboard on make-up. Wenwen, YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BEST and your talent is meant to be shared to the world =)

Hi Wen how are?I finally arrived in NY after being stranded for 3 days due to Hurricane Irene.I just want to personally post a big thank you to you,Abay and your entire crew for making all of US looked extra beauriful on my wedding day (08/08/11).i received many great comments on how gorgeous we looked.
You are a very talented ARTIST and a great person.Dont let other people make you feel less of who you are and what you have.You are a true professional and committed of what you do.Ill surely still will see you in the future.

I have only experienced bridal test make-up with Wenwen so far and I have been transformed to the princess look that i'd always wanted and i didn't know i had it in me. It was an experience being in the hands of this famous make-up artist. What turned out to be 1 hr of trial make-up turned to 3 hrs of chatting and laughing. I am from Dubai and I've heard tons about him so I did not hesitate making him my make-up artist when I saw his works. I am looking forward to my transformation on my wedding day! Wen, I love how you are so down to earth considering you are probably a celebrity in Cebu now ;-) See yah soon! xo!
