Two Major Dilemmas Solved

What's event planning without a dilemma?

Dilemma #1:

I was getting pretty worried because the Fright Night lashes that I mailed out to Sharla Jao, my friend and event coordinator in Cebu, had not arrived yet.  It's already been two weeks since I shipped it out via USPS Express.  They said it would arrive in about six days.  To top that I misplaced the tracking number of the package, which gave me even more reason to have a panic attack.  I've been constantly emailing Sharla to find out if they've arrived yet and today I finally saw the light.  She said her grandma got a notice that a package had arrived for her at the post office today.  She's probably on her way there to pick it up as I type.

Dilemma #2:

I caught Mickie Go from Banana Book and Studio 125 on Facebook chat.  I told her that the lashes had arrived and asked if there were any available time slots for photoshoots this week.  She told me that photoshoots wouldn't be possible until after the 30th of this month because (gasp!) her brother brought most of their camera equipment to Singapore for repair.  Holy cow, I said.  Then I checked my calendar and realized that Sept. 30th was already coming up next week.  A week won't be so long a wait after all.  Whew!  The goal is to wrap up the photoshoots in the first two weeks of October so we can dedicate the rest of October to voting.

I have to say it again...I am so excited!  Next dilemma please...
